Role description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Fullstack Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable, modern web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js, with a strong focus on excellent communication and collaboration across all departments and with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize modern, scalable web applications using cutting-edge frameworks and technologies.
• Build robust and efficient front-end interfaces with React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Design and implement back-end services using Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and other engineers—to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and various departments across the organization to align on project goals and requirements.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage cloud-based solutions.
• Maintain code quality through the use of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Docker and containerized deployment technologies to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring robust performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role.
• Front-End: Strong proficiency in React.js with a deep understanding of modern front-end development practices.
• Back-End: Solid experience with Node.js and understanding of server-side programming.
• Programming Languages: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Additional Skills:
• Experience with PHP is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AWS services for cloud deployment.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployment technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
