Role description:
We’re looking for passionate people who are eager to work hard and help us build the company.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on how to use our platform. Be able to understand, use, and eloquently explain every feature on our platform and the impact that it has on our clients and partners.
- Conduct support and product discovery calls and make sure our clients have everything they need for their success with us.
- Effectively communicate customer feedback to the different stakeholders in our team to help us improve and build new features.
- Write guides, walkthroughs, FAQ answers, and marketing content.
- Help us retain, upsell, engage and ensure customer satisfaction with our existing clients and demonstrate the value our system can generate for them. Upsell existing clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create connections with people.
- Computer and tech-savvy.
- Previous experience working in an English speaking and customer-facing role at a B2B Tech Company.
- Previous experience in customer support/management is a bonus.
- Weekend availability on demand (remote).
